If I am not mistaken, we don't have that property for each column in ColumnSet for now. But to have better layout width size, you can try to use AutoFitColumns property in layout settings. Notes column should be able in fit size.

I have try AutoFitColumn propery. With this setting, all columns will be adjusted proportionally. I would only adjust the Notes column. Is there a property for each column to able/disable fit size?
