Hello,
I'm trying to find out a way that if the user has the menu open on our product and if the user presses escape the menu will collapse and disappear. How would I go about doing this or is it even possible? I know telerik web client had it but I recently purchased intersoft and trying to find out a way this option could be available to the user because sometimes its hard to close the menu when it was accidently clicked. Please provide me some assistance and some examples how I would do this if possible..
Thanks,
Tommy
Hello Tommy,
By default, when you open the WebMenu and press escape, it will automatically close the menu.
Could you explain the scenario in more details? Probably you can provide a screenshot so that I can get a clear view of what you are trying to do.
Thank you.
Its added at the bottom of the webdesktop in the task bar. Its not defaulted when I open up the webmenu, can you please explain what you meant by that?
Ok, I'm referring to our Developer Network (http://dev2.intersoftpt.com) for example.
In the screenshot attached, you can see that I open a WebMenufrom the taskbar. When I lost focus and click other window, the WebMenu is automatically closed. Also, if I press Esc button, the WebMenu is also automatically closed.
I'm not sure this is similar with your scenario. That's why if you could explain in more details and provide a screenshot, it would be easier for me to understand the problem.
