If I click anywhere on the small calendars on the left where there is no date (ie after the last day of the month on the first calendar, before first day and after last day on the second calendar, or before first day on the third calendar) I get a js error:
Message: 'null' is null or not an objectLine: 237Char: 5Code: 0URI: http://localhost:1342/includes/javascript/ScheduleTime.js
Not a huge issue but the js errors are preventing other calendar functionality.
I tried to reproduce the problem in my local test by viewing ‘FirstExperience.aspx’ reference sample file of WebScheduler (available in WebSchedulerSamples project) and clicking the calendar where there is no date (after the last day of the month on the first calendar), but my efforts was not successful – clicking the ‘empty’ calendar doesn’t cause any javascript exception.
We are willing to advise you further but in order to do so we would need you to elaborate on your specific scenario and possibly give us a running simple sample that we can use to observe the problematic behavior.
You are right, I cannot produce the issue on any of the samples. I have applied a few hotfixes to my version so I am guessing that is the issue. I am currently using version 3.0.1000.5 but have applied 2 hotfixes.
For your information, I’m using:
Hopefully this information helps.
Mine:
WebScheduler 3.0 build 5
WebDesktop 3.0 build 308
WebUI Framework 3.0 build 752
But I doubt that is the issue...you?
I tried to reproduce the issue using reference sample of WebScheduler, FirstExperience.aspx, that comes with Intersoft WebUI Studio 2010 R1 RC installer and found that the issue is no longer persist.
Should you still find the issue, please let us know. Please send us a working simple sample that replicates the issue and the screenshot that shows the clicked area to be investigated further.
