I changed the FirstDayOfWeek to Monday and now when I click on the calendar the schedule displays the wrong date range but only occurs when I click on Monday. The rest of the week displays correctly but when I click on Monday it's like it displays the previous almost 2 weeks?
Thank you very much for the detail step-by-step. It is very helpful to reproduce the issue on my end.
I followed carefully every step-by-step in the screenshot files and was able to replicate the issue using the latest build version of WebScheduler 3 release version. However, the issue has been addressed by WebScheduler development team. I use the same file and project to test the issue using the nightly build hotfix of WebScheduler 3 and can assure you that the issue no longer persists. Please check my attached screenshots for detail.
I sent the nightly-build hotfix that I use on my test project to Peter Briggs and Srikant Biswal to be tested on your end. Please check your registered e-mail account’s inbox and let us know if the issue still persists.
*Please note that the nightly-build hotfix has not been extensively tested (disclaimer on). So, we are really appreciate if you have encountered an issue can kindly give us a feedback of it.
I have tried to reproduce the problem in our local test by using ‘FirstDayOfWeek.aspx’ sample file in WebSchedulerSamples project (adding minor changes: set the value of FirstDayOfWeek property to “Monday”), but my effort was not successfully replicate the issue in here. Everything works smoothly and was unable to repro the issue.
I’m afraid that I might miss some steps to repro the issue or something. I’m willing to advise you further but in order to do so I would need you to elaborate on your specific scenario and possibly give us a step-by-step guide (screenshots or video will be very helpful) that I can use to observe the problematic behavior. You may also modify ‘FirstDayOfWeek.aspx’ sample file and send the modified version to us as the reference sample of this reported issue.
Thank you.
Hi Yudi,
I am also facing the same problem. if you are not able to reproduce the issue, you can check the code from my previous post.(IE7 context menu issue inside an iframe )
http://www.intersoftpt.com/Community/WebScheduler/Context-Menu-not-working-in-IE7/
Both code and databse are attached in the different zip. Let me know if this helps to reproduce the issue. Thanks in advance.
Thanks and Regards
Srikant
I just checked the code from your previous post (http://www.intersoftpt.com/Community/WebScheduler/Context-Menu-not-working-in-IE7/) and still unable to repro the issue on my end.
Could you please kindly let us know the step-by-step to repro the issue (please add the screenshots that explains about each steps)?
Thanks for the response. Please find the attacment images from the zip.
step1 : step1_pageload.jpeg when page loads
step2 : step2_OnClick_Forward.jpeg when some one clicked on the forward navigation button
step3 : step3_OnClick_Back_Navigation.jpeg when some one clicked on the back navigation button
step4 : step4_OnClick_21st_OnCalender.jpeg when some one clicked on the 21st date on the calendar
In all the above points everything fine. But when some one clicked any monday ex: 12th April 2010 from the calender, it displayed the wrong date range on the scheduler header.("step5_OnClick_12th_OnCalender.jpeg") error image.
I hope this helps to reproduce the wrong date range issue. If you still unable to reproduce the issue, please feel free to contact me on skypee. My skypeeID : srikant.biswal
Thanks for the new hotfix. This hot fix resolved the issue.
Glad to hear the good news. Peter also have let me know that the nightly-build hotfix fix the issue as well.
