• Does the deployed project uses SmartWebResources™ or not?
  The quick way to determine whether the project uses SmartWebResources™ or not is by finding following tag in web.config file of your project.

  <add key="ISNet.WebUI.ISRes_Registered" value="true"/>

  
  If that line exists in your web.config file, it means that the project uses SmartWebResources™.
• Which browsers that you use to browse the page?
• From your given error screenshot, I can see that there are many image files that is not displayed. Could you please kindly get the url address of the image file and ensure whether the address url of the image file is correct or not (you may need to ensure whether the image file is exist or not)?

Yes the project uses smartWebResources. I have registered this from the visual studio 2005. All the rest of  images of the page coming correctly. But the non coming things are the grid data and the grid icons. When i check the source of the web page , all the grid datas are present there. But it is not showing when it load on the browser. i am using ie 8 . i also check in firefox and chrome same thing is happening there also.

I ma pefectly getting the rest of the images on the page. This problem exist only for webgrid. Also please find the image below to see the page on the firefox with HttpFox tool

Please try to add following entry Handlers in system.WebServer. The snippet code shown below:
