Hi,
I've had the misalignment issue for the XHTML Doctype for some time. What I want to try is applying the latest hotfix:
Web UI Framework 3.0.500.755
Would the latest version from the update manager for the grid control work(7.0.7200.403) for this framework hotfix? Or do I need another webgrid hotfix that's not on the update manager yet?
I grabbed 755 version of the framework from this thread... it also would bring some context to my question.
We're using Web UI Studio 2009
Thanks,
Guillermo
Hi Guillermo,
It seems you don't have the latest build for WebGrid (7.0.7200.404). If you have done update your Framework to 755. Please update your WebGrid build by using the attach file.
Hope this can solve your issue.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Niven Prasetya
Hi Niven,
This is still broken:
· Columns alignment in hierarchical layouts.
· Columns alignment in flat layouts with grouping.
I just got 2010 R1 and tested the builds in there (WebGrid 404 and Framework 755).
This screenshot is from your C# Samples project, from the Grouping.aspx page, you just need to swap the Master for the XHTML Master in the @Page directive.
MasterPageFile="DefaultMasterXHTML.master"
The just group by any field and expand the group.
Is there a fix for this?
Yes, I was able to replicate the issue. I have bring this matter to the developer. I will give you any news as soon as the developer give me any information.
Thank you and have a nice day.
I had reported this issue before, please let me know if there's a workaround for this.
Thanks
I have reported this issue to the developer.
I'm afraid there is no available workaround for the moment.
I will be an assitance for you when I have heard any news from the developer.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Niven Prasetya.
