Dear,
I have a page with consists of a WebGrid and a WebDialogBox.
Normally, when i show the webdialogbox, there's no problem.
I made changes to the grid and review the pending changes using the built-in dialog.
If I show the webdialogbox after that, Javascript error occurs, please see the attached image for details.
Please help as my web application is required to go production very soon.

I've successfully replicated your issue on my end based on your given sample.
However, I couldn't assume this issue as a bug yet. I have forwarded your issue to the developer team to be investigate further.
