Hello,
I have localized the grid in Chinese. But there is a problem, the WebGrid filter context "Contain" and "NOTContain" will show nothing after i localized it in Chinese. (Screen shot in attachment)

I have replicated your issue and actually, you can add them by your self, but if you want to use our SmartWebResources, you cannot add them manually, since all the Localization has been integrated in our SmartWebResources. So if you want to use them, you can try to edit the XML file at "~\CommonLibrary\WebGrid\<<Your Version>>\Localization\wglang_zh-CN.xml" and attach the XML file in here. I will foward it to our developer so you can have it on our latest hotfix. I hope it helps. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any more questions.
