Issue with Select Columns in Child Table context menu headers

Hi Team,

We are having a hierarchical grid.

We are expanding the parent table to see child table rows and in the second row of Parent child row click on column context menu and deselect a column and click on Apply changes.Column will get hided.But once again if we right click for the context menu the invisible column appears twice.

If you select the column nothing will happen.Any idea why it is appearing twice?
