Installed Samples Will Not Run

I get the following error when trying to run the installed WebGrid C# Samples or WebGrid C# Tutorials: The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

I have not been able to find a resolution for this.
Live Samples Site Not Working
Drag drop no working in new version of webtree.
