We've encountered an issue with the placement of the ascending and descending images when we have a grid where a horizontal scrollbar is required and the user sorts on a column and then uses the scrollbar to see other columns. If the user sorts and the asc or desc image appears and then they scroll, the image does not follow the column that they sorted as they move but, rather, the image stays exactly where it was while the column that they sorted moves. The image ends up being disassociated with the column that was sorted.
I presume that others have also encountered this error but I could not find anything. Please advise. I presume that this is an xhtml issue (like all of the issues that we have encountered) but am not sure.
Thanks,
Brad
Hello Brad,
Do you use IE7(document) as well for the browser? If yes, it is a known issue.
<style type="text/css"> .DefSIcon { position: static !important; } </style>
!important attribute is only used when in XHTML doctype.

Thanks Handy.
