when i click the "export grid button" there is a message box said "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I have made it as solution that you gave. but it didn't work.

Have you add TempReports folder to your project? Also dont forget to give full access to the folder. Also do you experience the same issue in our WebGridSamples?

yes i have made TempReports folder, and also I do same issue as WebGridSample. just take a look at my attachment above.
