Hello
My Problem is the following:
I'm developing a project on my PC (with Visual Studio 2010 and WebUiStudio) but the project is located on my webserver Windows 2008 IIS 7.0 (without Visual Studio 2010 and WebUiStudio). If i run my project local it works fine but on the webserver the following error message appears (see attatchment).
My only guess is that some dll flies are missing. Could that be?
Hi Martin,
Please check the following steps below before deploying your project into the webserver.
1. RuntimeLicenseKey
This is the required key in order to license the components for deployment purpose in production environment
2. Resources Assembly
3. Framework Assemblies
You are required to copy framework assemblies to your project's bin folder. The framework assemblies can be found in C:\Program Files\Intersoft Solutions\WebUI.NET Framework 3.0\Bin (Default installation directory). The framework assemblies are: * ISNet.dll* ISNet.WebUI.dll
4. Component Assembly
Component assembly is required to be copied to your project's bin folder. The component assembly can be found in C:\Program Files\Intersoft Solutions\WebDesktop.NET 2.5\Bin. The component assembly is:* ISNet.WebUI.WebDesktop.dll
And please use the Deployment Manager in order to set the Web.config of your web application.
Hope this can solve your issue.
Best regards,
Niven Prasetya
Hello again,
i already copied those dll into my bin folder, and there is a RuntimeLicenseKey but it still don't works...dont't know what to dow now.
Please try to deploy my attach project. I have deploy my project to Windows Server 2008 64-bit and it's working well.
Please do not forget to put your runtime key license via Deployment Manager into my project.
If the issue still exist, would you mind a remote to your computer?
Thank you and have a nice day.
Hello Martin,
If I saw the error on your attached screenshot, the problem is not from the runtime license key.
Did you install the ClientUI into the deployment server? Please do not install any ClientUI product into the deployment server.
May I know if you're using a WebApplication? If so, please go to the References folder, click on the WebDesktop.dll then press F4. Please ensure your Copy Local property must be set to True.
I'm available on monday until friday 08.00 - 17.00 GMT+07. Could you suggest what is the best possible time to remote desktop?
what about 15:00 GMT? that would be 10.00 am for you i think.
Hello.
We have 2 offices, based in Indonesia and Los Angeles.
I am located on Indonesia based office. (+7)
Thank you.
Could you please tell me your MSN credentials?
And what would be the best time for me to remote your computer?
Hello Niven,
I hope you understand that i don't want to post my MSN credentials here where everyone can read them. I think by e-mail or something would be better. We could arrange a time via MSN.
regards and thanks in advance,
Martin
