Hi,
Webcombo was not visible in google chrome browser.
Is there any settings or property to support multi browser?. Its working fine in IE, Safari.
It was displaying an empty page in chrome. please suggest any solution.
This problem is quite odd and we have not received such reports so far. I tried to reproduce the problem in my local test by accessing the live sample version of unbound WebCombo using the latest version of Google Chrome browser (15.0.874.106) but my efforts were not successful – everything rendered smoothly and the page was accessed without any issues.
The live sample version of unbound WebCombo can be accessed at http://live.intersoftpt.com/cs/WebCombo/Unbound.aspx?noframe=1. A screenshot that shows how the WebCombo is rendered on Google Chrome browser is enclosed as attachment.
Could you please try to access the sample file as shown on the link above and let us know whether the issue is persist or not?
Hi Yudi,
Thanks for your reply,
But still i am not able to identify the issue. I was using the sample source provide by you. Still having the issue in different browsers.
Herewith, i have attached the SampleWebcombo solution for your reference and also find the screen shot in different browsers.
Note: We are using the run time license of intersoft webcombo in web.config file.
I apologize for any inconvenience that the xhtml layout problem may have caused you. I noted that the problem only persist on a page containing WebCombo.NET 4 where it has XHTML doctype.
I’m afraid that WebCombo.NET 4 has now been discontinued and there are not going to be any further updates for it. Intersoft has enhanced and improved the reported problem in WebCombo.NET 5 as shown in the live sample link.
