I have 2 issues with the webcombo.
1. Column alignment.
2. Loading more values using the down arrow [ex. 15 of 50] causes an javascript exception.
I have attached 2 screenshot and the sample code. The first screenshot shows the issue #1 and what I press to load more values. The second shows the exception.
This does not happen when I use IE compatibility mode.
I have exactly same JScript exception when I try to get more rows.
WebCombo version 4, Internet Explorer 9.
Hi,
I can replicate your issue, and this is known as a bug. I will report this to our development teams.
regards,
Hendrik
Can you provide a timeline of when we would be expecting this issue to be resolved? We are on a schedule to get this to production soon.
Hi Chan,
May I know your deadline? For your info, currently our developer teams focused to release. But I can help you by telling to our developer teams that your needs is urgent.
Regards,
We are already scheduled to test next week. So immediate resolution would be appreciated. This will be a show stopper for us.
I think this issue happens in latest version of webcombo hotfix. During the wait this issue fixed by our developer teams, I think you can use previous version of hotfix. You can download it in your tdn account under My Components menu. If you do not understand to apply hotfix, you can see in our website by following this link.

But if you still want to use current webcombo hotfix. Perhaps, you can use Meta tag to resolve this issue. I tried to use Meta tag in your sample and its works. To see more about Meta tag you can see in the link below.

I suggest you to try using one of the above options, there may be useful for you. Hope this helps.
Meta tag worked for IE9.
We implemented the meta tag work around for now and it worked. May I know the timeline for the next release of your developer team?
The next release is about the middle of this month.
We're also experiencing this issue and notice that a hotfix was not released in November. Do you know when the hotfix will be released?
We also tried upgrading to WebCombo 5.0, but the issue is also present in the trial version.
The issue has not been fixed yet. We will try to release the hotfix before the cristmast.
Regards,Handy
Has this been fixed? Was the hotfix released before Christmas?
The issue should have been fixed on 22 March. Please kindly check the history at http://intersoftpt.com/Support/WebCombo/VersionHistory/.Regards,Handy
