When I have an item in dropdown with very long text and this item is selected then in a text box, with text box mode = readonly, the text is displayed from end and there is caret at the end of the string (see attachment). I would like that the text in text box is displayed maybe elipsified with a tooltip/title, the same way as it is displayed in the dropdown when the text is too long. Other options to deal with this issue are also welcome.
