KeyNotFoundException was thrown on UXSearchBox: Cannot create instance of UXSearchBox

The problem is resolved.  When I tried to drop the control from toolbox, the client suite asked for license validation and then it worked fine.  It works nice now but wasted quite a lot of time :-(
