It looks like the hotfixes resolved the issues. It would be beneficial to post these as available downloads on your site rather than hotfixes on MediaFire.
The process took a little too long, but I do appreciate how you stuck with it until it was complete.

It has been a week and I haven't heard anything. Is there a resolution for this issue yet?
That is not acceptable. If there is no way to do this through CSS, then I consider this a bug in your application. You use CSS classes in other places to add images, however, for others you do not. You are inconsistent in your implementation and I'd like it rectified please.
This is very urgent for us. We are unable to release an update of our product due to this defect and have had customers waiting for weeks. I really need something this week.
Please be sure to test the following:
Browsers: Firefox IE and Chrome
Pages: Modal and non modal forms
Hardware: Single and dual monitor configurations
There are issues and different behaviour in all of these scenarios

Again, this will result in 400+ changes. It would be appreciated if you made all styling done through CSS. This is a web control, not a windows control. All styling should be done through CSS. By not allowing styling to be done through CSS you end up having issues like this and needing to rely on proprietary configurations rather than by something that can be used globally and generically.
Please also update all your documentation to include examples of how to use the various methods, as there doesn't really seem to be any that I can see (at least on the client side).
I am running with the patched DLL's and the problem is still there.
Is there no way to change this globally? This will only work if I change each of the 400+ grids we have, so that makes this not an option.
What about the icon that shows in the left hand side for a new row or selected rows? (* and > icons)
I have also attached an image that shows the images that I need to change.
I'm at a loss on how to fix this. I have tried everything and your licensing/finance people have been unable to help. My order reference number is ST86853422. Can you please verify that the runtime license numbers that I am using are correct? I emailed them to Martin Lie in sales and accounting. I don't want to post them in an open forum.

I updated the assemblies that you suggested from the forum links. I get the a hovering window with a message about the trial on my machine and on a deployed site I see the message below. I need this resolved today. Is there any way that I can talk to someone on the phone. We have a lot of angry customers that are completely dead in the water and I need this fixed.
