What I can say for now is that I'm very disappointed with product support. I've posted 4 questions and 2 of them I had to answer myself, the other 2 are still open. One thing that you need to understand is that with Crosslight you still have to code native UI's for each platform, what Crosslight has is a good binding mechanism that allows you to code most of the logic in a ViewModel class.

The answer to this is:

override InitializeViews on your view controller, add the views there and then call RegisterViewIdentifier and all should work, provided you created the bindings in the binding provider.

I figured it out. I had a binding to the text of a button which didn't had a corresponding resource. Once I added the string resource it worked. 

As a sugestion I'd say: add more meaningful error messages. Thanks
