Hi Zhang,

Do you have a code like this:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

 If so please delete the !DOCTYPE and html tag. Just leave it become this:

<html>

Please let me know if the issue still occurred.

Have a nice day.

Best regards,

Hello Yousif,

I have submitted a feature request to our WebGrid development team.

I have attached a simple sample of your wanted scenario.

After you drag out a WebGrid and WebCallOut controls to the WebForm. Create a cell template by setting ColumnType to Template on WebGrid.NET Designer -> Advanced -> Column.

Hope this can resolve your issue.

Have a nice day.

Best regards,

Niven Prasetya

Hi Yousif,

I'm sorry but you can't customize a tooltip.

For this issue, I can advice you to use a WebCallOut, which can works well with conditional formatting on WebGrid.

Hope this can resolve your issue.

Thank you.

Have a nice day.

Best regards,

Hei johnny,

What you need here is to give an access to your

C:\Windows\System32

Not

C:\Windows\System32\01C8D69C

Our software need an access to your system32 folder to works.

Have a nice day.
