Hi Shawn,

I have attach a video and a sample of mine using a few method of your code.

As you see in the video, I have define a templated cell with an image inside. By the time I click on the Add new 10 rows button, the new rows will be automatically add without an image on templated cell yet. But the image on templated cell will be show by the time you accept all changes.

It is already templated cell behaviour that it will not show what inside the templated cell when the changes haven't apply yet.

Please kindly inform  me if this is the right scenario as you wanted? If not, please kindly change what inside my code since we are using a different database when run it.

Hope this can solve your issue.

Best regards,

Niven Prasetya

Hi Darlene,

Sorry for the mistyping of the sample's name.

I have attach a screenshot of mine after following the same step as your issue was being replicated. But still I can't replicate your issue.

May I know the version of your framework?

I'm  using Framework build 3.0.5000.604.

Hi Daniele,

Please find the attach file to see how to expand all the child row.

I'm using a server side. If you want to use a client side, you need to open all the child one by one and manually defined the row.ExpandChildRow() to each child.

Please let me know if the sample work well as you wanted.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi Darlene,

I have tried your scenario using the same WebGrid version 6.0.7200.211, but your issue isn't replicated on my side.

I'm using the SelfReferencingwithHierarchicalGrid.aspx sample from the WebGrid Samples.

Please try to update to the latest build.

If the issue still exist, please send me the sample of your project to be investigated more further,

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hello Martin,

If I saw the error on your attached screenshot, the problem is not from the runtime license key.

Did you install the ClientUI into the deployment server? Please do not install any ClientUI product into the deployment server.

May I know if you're using a WebApplication? If so, please go to the References folder, click on the WebDesktop.dll then press F4. Please ensure your Copy Local property must be set to True.

I'm available on monday until friday 08.00 - 17.00 GMT+07. Could you suggest what is the best possible time to remote desktop?

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi Andre,

I have tried your sample of UXStackButton. I did not experienced a lagness of the flip.

Please try my attach sample, run and navigate to Customer page which I put a UXStackButton and so forth.

Please let me know if you experience any lagness on my sample.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi Martin,

Please try to deploy my attach project. I have deploy my project to Windows Server 2008 64-bit and it's working well.

Please do not forget to put your runtime key license via Deployment Manager into my project.

If the issue still exist, would you mind a remote to your computer?

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi Shawn,

I think there's a misscommunication between us.

Could you please kindly send me a simple sample of your scenario to let me know what kind of issue occured?

If not, please kindly change my given sample into the issue you have experienced.

Thank you and have a nice day.
