Yes, you should able to download Crosslight 4 through your account. The installer link should be there. Alternatively, you can download from the link below:

We will deliver the new licenses from Crosslight 4 within 2x24 hours after released. You should see your licenses in your account afterwards.

How to Use Intersoft License Manager to Activate Products

Hi Jimmy,

Please ensure that you always remove or delete your license before uninstalling our products from your machine. In this case, you might want to remove the license using License Manager before restoring your machine.

Meanwhile, I have reset your licenses which have exceeded the activation count limit. They are WebGrid 9, ClientUI 11 and Crosslight 3. You can now re-activate your licenses.

WebGrid not working on IE11

Hi Suganya,

WebGrid 6 is not compatible to IE 11. Therefore, you are required to use WebGrid 8 as it does full support of IE11. Please check your mailbox to discuss further on this ugprade procedure.

Unnecessary pop up in Webgrid export

Hello Dev Ashish,

We have put huge additional changes and updates in current WebGrid and other ASP.NET lineups, which you can find in the following link: http://www.intersoftpt.com/2014.

From my testing in our live sample on exporting WebGrid, it seems that the pop up is still showing due to the default behavior of the browser.

What happened to R2 2013

Yes, we usually release twice a year, that is R1 and R2. Last year we decided not to release R2 because we weregoing to combine some features in 2014 R1. I believe I can help you to solve this issue. Please check your inbox as we will discuss further through mail.

Yes absolutely, Crosslight's runtime license key is royalty free, means that you can deploy any apps using the key, as long as you are the developer who builds the apps.
