Hi Fung,
We are currently investigating your issue. We still need time to investigate it. We will inform you about the update as soon as possible.
We already got an update for your issue. Your issue has already been fixed. Please check your email for more information.
Here's an update about your sample issue. Practically, in your sample, you don't need to set the AutoHeigt to True, just set it to False because AutoHeight is only used when the Grid needs to fill the entire screen. Since the Grid only needs to fill 65% of the parent DIV, it doesn't require AutoHeight. If AutoHeight set to False, the sample works fine.
Here's the link to the sample in our live sample:
http://live.intersoftpt.com/cs/WebGrid/RowCheckerColumn.aspx?noframe=1&path=/WebGrid/Multiple%20Row%20Selection
Or, you can find the samples in our offline sample From Start Menu:
Intersoft WebUI Studio 2011 > WebUI Studio For ASP.NET > WebGrid 7 > C# Samples. Open the sample, find the ASPX page named RowCheckerColumn.
If you're using Framework 4, so when you deploy and convert your application, you need to set the Application Pool to ASP.NET v4.0. If you set to DefaultAppPool, it will be used for Framework 2. That's what cause the error. Here I attach a video for more detail.
Hope it helps.
You need to check the Framework version that you use because in the Version Information written that you're using Framework 2, not 4. If you're using Framework 2, you could try to remove the targetFramewok = "4.0" from the tag.
This issue has been reported before and it is being fixed. We hope that it will be solved in the next hotfix release. We will inform you if there are any information available.
