Hi Erwin, I have applied the fix now the page containing WebInput is shown correctly in IE and Firefox. The bad news is: even if I followed the suggested solution reported for ..WG.Editor.Metro.dll the WG editor works just the first time you build the WG afterwards it keeps on showing the same error and it's impossible to edit WG. Moreover Webcombo component doesn't show properties in VS 2015. I spent all day trying, checking, deleleting and rebuilding, all this is very frustrating!
Please tell me which is the working and tested  environment I will move all my project to that.
Thank you.
Regards.

Hi Erwin, unfortunately this morning the WG editor stopped working with an error already experienced in release WebUI Studio 2015 R1 now my current release is WebUi Studio 2016 R1. As Yudi said this was an issue with VS 2015. I tried deleting and refreshing WG DLL under bin without any result. Before applying the WebInput Fix I'd like to solve this problem. I have attached two screenshots one for the error an other for list of IsNet assemblies. if you like I can open an other tread.
Thank you.
Regards.

Hi Erwin, I have several pages using this control, I hope that the issue will  be solved soon. In the meantime I will keep on migrating pages without this control.
Thank you so much.
have a nice weekend.

Hi Erwin, the wokaround works fine for both browsers IE and Firefox. I found a new problem with webinput control it shows the date text box in a different way between IE and Firefox, I tried  modifying some parameters but the changes didn't produce any result . Do you prefer that I open a new tread or we can keep on expanding this one?
Thank you so much for the five stars help.
Regards.

Hi Erwin, you are right, I meant the scroll bar on the right. Fighting with WebUI controls I'm loosing mine. So far I wasn't able to give a look to your WNP sample, as soon I will do it I let you know the results. The web procedure starts with a WebDeskTop page that loads different pages containing WNP, I run the page containing WNP bypassing WebDesktop page and the page is shown perfectly fine in IE and Firefox, maybe the problem comes from the previous WebDesktop page. I have attached it so you can check if everything is ok.
Thank you for helping me.

Hi Erwin, good news! I have reloaded the WG layout and embedded WG inside a div, as you suggested, now the page is shown correctly in Firefox and IE. Now I have a look to your sample for WNP, and I let you know if the left bar disappears.
Thank you.

Hi Erwin, unfortunately the workaround doesn't work when the data is shown, as you can see from the attachments, in order to to have WG and table displayed on the same space  I must reduce the rows displayed in virtual load. Please can you tell me which layout is fully tested for both browsers Fiefox and IE? Because I have lots of pages to migrate and I can't do this job for each page, I prefer to go with a consolidate layout where I can set WG size according with other components.
Thank you.

Hi Erwin, In order to discover why the same page is shown differently between IE 11.0.29 and Firefox 45.0.1 I think that you should check the code because I can’t get over why this happens. Moreover I have detected a similar problem with WG, the same page is shown in a different way between IE and Firefox. I can confirm that my environment is WEBUI studio 2016 R1 updated today 2016-04-05.

I have attached the screenshots plus the source code of the page raising the problem.

Thank you for helping me.

Hi Erwin, I got the same problem even with WebDesktop 5.0 WebUi Studio 2016 R1. The page comes from WebUi 2008 R1, I only changed some parameters in order to be compliant with HTML5. I have attached the page so you can see what is wrong. Even all the other pages embedding WNP raise the same problem.

Thank you.

Hi Erwin, I have installed WebUI 2016 R1 and, after deleting all Dlls under bin, I gave the new referece to Dlls.
Now I can edit WG only when the WG structure isn't hierarchical otherwise VS 2015 hangs up and I have to kill it in order to exit. If I browse the website from IE or Firefox all pages seem to work fine. I have attached the screen shots for the raised errors.
Thank you.
Regards.
