Hi George,
I have tested the "Alert me when someone respone to this post" feature when making new thread and it is working. Could I know the url of your thread that didn't get notification email? So I can ask the web admin to check about this issue.
Regards,
Julia
Hi Rob,
Yes it is possible. You can get information of WebGrid's that called inside WebTab's iframe. Here I attach my simple sample for you, please find rar file name CallFromInsideIFrame.
Please let me know if this sample has appropriate with your need or not.
Hi Mitch,
I am apologize but we need time for any conclution since we have to take some test in IE6 first. After we have tested your issue, we will confirm you in this thread. Thank you.
Hi Staffan,
I tried to create a hierarchical grid that set AllowAddNew to true in Properties and then set it to false in the server side. But it all works fine which I can't add any row, both in the parent or in the child table as seen in the printscreen unallowaddnew.png of attachment below. May I know the version of WebGrid that you use?
Also, please don't forget to apply the latest hotfix before you running you project. If you have used the latest version, can you attach me your running sample that can replicate your issue? And a screenshot of the issue would be very helpful.
Hi Vincenzo,
Unfortunately it is the default behavior. As when you hide it, the column would be removed from the grid. When it being show again, it will render as new column and being placed in the last position.
Hi Johnny,
To make the cell uneditable in client-side events, you can simply use SetForceNoEdit(true) method. Here I attach you a sample file. Please find the rar file name UneditableColumn.aspx.
Please let me know if you need another help.
Hi Yixin,
Could you send me a simple running sample that replicate your issue? I need more spesific information to investigate your issue further.
Thank you.
Hi Conrad,
I have managed to replicate the issue and have forwarded this issue to Development Team. I will inform you any news regarding this issue. Thank you.
Yes, it absolutely possible. Here I attach my sample, which I use Northwind as database. Please find the file RootTableAndChildTableEdit.rar. I hope this sample can help.
Hi Ellen,
Unfortunately it is the default behavior of unbound WebCombo. The filter feature only available in bound WebCombo.
I hope this information would be helpful. Please let me know if you need another help.
