Drag Drop Rows in WebGrid

Yes sorting on WebGrid by dragging and dropping, but its upon user to drag and drop any row anywhere.

 

The user can take the 2nd row and put at 5th position. When the user does this there is a hidden column LineNo which will be updated based on which position the user has drag droped the row.

 

My senario is Drag Drop in the same webgrid, not outside but within the webgrid.

Even i tried this HotFix but the issue seams to be the same.

Please resolve the UI disorder in XHTML mode. It is very important.

WebToolbar vertical allignment problem

Hi,


Is this issue of XHTML solved in WebStudio 2010?


I have applied the <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" > doctype on my page and it solved many UI related issues of intersoft controls but for some reason the CSS doesn't seem to apply which used to be applied before changing this Doctype.

Can you please tell what should i do?

Please can you explain me in details how to create an attach the created xml file into the WebGrid.

I want to do it manually and not using the Designer.


Please show me this step by step or a sample application demonstrating this.

There is also a problem in Date Picker year when i set the Culture name to 'ar-SA' this is for Arabic.

 

The year comes of gregorial calendar and month comes from Hijri calendar.

Either show whole date in Hijri or whole date in gregorian. Why is it half-half.

 

Please solve this issue. It is very important for me to set ar-SA Culture

AutoIncrement of KeyField giving problem when record already exists

Hi,

 

Thanks the solution did work perfectly, but i have a little problem here.

 

In Herarchical grid which is bound to List<> Custom object, when i add a new row in the parent table then the script is run and new keyValue is given to the new row. now when i am trying to add a new row inside this newly created row in Hierarchical grid then the ParentId is coming as 0 and not the new KeyValue given to parent record.

This way when the batchUpdate is been processed then i get error as parentId with 0 is not found.

 

Can you please tell me how to overcome this situation.
