Hi David,

I still can not replicate your issue, I also tried using firefox 7:01 (screenshot attached). But I can replicate this issue for WebGrid that allows to perform filtering. And this is identified as a bug. I will report this to our developer teams. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi,

 

I tried to create a sample of your questions using ajax panel. I don't know if it's similar to what you meant or not. Please try my sample.

Actually, i think the way to add a tab item with ajax is similar with add a tab item using server side or client side. You can find about it in our WebDesktop saples with name AddingAndClosingTabAtClientSide.aspx and ProgrammaticServerSide.aspx.

Hi Frank,

 

Our development team focused on WebUI Studio 2011 R2 release, which it will be release on this month. So, i regret to say that there is no progress for this. But, surely we would to fix it as soon as possible.

Hi David,

 

Are you sure that your SortKeyField is "FirstDate_" column? not "FirstDate" column (without underscore) ?. Because of this feature should be able to work well.

I have tried it, and works well in here.

I also tried the sample in Firefox 7 and IE 7. It can work well in here. Could you provide the screecshot or step by step to reproduce your issue ?

insert Perform Add button on row and not in context menu

Hi David,

Do you have to adjust your project with our sample that i said above? try to open the sample, then change webgrid to Allow Editing. Finaly, try to run it in browser. I tried it, and the result is still able to perform its function button even when the row is in editing mode.
