Hello,

Would you mind to provide me a simple runable sample that replicates the error?
I would need more detals to help solving the issue.

Regards,
Handy

Hello,

You can try to Edit template ('Edit Copy') in UXDocumentViewer. Search for UxToolBar. Then, you can set visibility 'Collapsed' to the button.

Hi Sayuri,

So do you mean that my sample also returned error? Can you tell us your environment and what browser that you used? If you don't mind, please try our WebGridSample about Columns set and let me know if the error still persits in your end or not. I think maybe your javascript is not enabled in your browser settings.

Handy

Hello,

Please let us know how to replicate the error. I created a simple sample about adding row in ColumnSet. It also uses IsRowChecker which works fine. Please see my sample and let me know if you can see the issue in my sample or not.

Handy

Hi,

Please add this snipped code in CallOut Close event.

 private void uXCallOut1_Closed(object sender, Intersoft.Client.Framework.ISRoutedEventArgs e)
 {
            e.Handled = true;
 }

This should work as expected.

Hello Steve,

Thank you for your email. I can replicate the issue in my development machine here. I will forward this to our development teams. Btw, when you mentioned about runtime license, is it about deployment?
If yes, you will need to generate license.islicx based on your RunTimeLicense key. License key is different from RunTimeLicense key.
Also, I could not check your second subscription id. We also never provided a single key only for WPF only. When delivered the key, it should for SL and WPF.

Handy
