Hello,

What is the ClientUI version that you used? Due to our testing, we still have a minor issue while migrating to Silvelright 5. But don't worry, we are building assemblies to work completely in Silverlight 5. It would be available soon but only in latest ClientUI version. If you are still using the old version, perhaps you can consider to upgrade since we have a special promo in this month.

Handy

Hello Peter,

If the your project configurations are already correct, then it should be something wrong with the page. Can you send us a simple runable sample that replicates this error? We would like to see and debug if there is an error in the code.

Handy

Hi,

The issue has not been fixed yet. We will try to release the hotfix before the cristmast.

Hello Jim,

Yes, We understand. But WebGrid has its own mechanism. If you want, you can filter or bind by using WebCombo or others control as parameter. I send you my sample include how to modify sorting from javascript.

Hello,

Right now, we are currently testing and ensuring if all of our products can run well in SL5 or not. But surely should not be a problem. When you running your existing project, does runtime in browser show SL 5? (righ click in browser and choose about).

Handy

Hello Carlos,

Weird, I still could not replicate the issue. I attached my sample. Please let me know if you can replicate the issue in my sample or not.

Hi Arun,

It seems you misunderstood my point. It does not matter if you used MasterPage or not. The main point is the container size. If you said it does not have any connection with panel, then you were wrong.

In XHTML, set height 100% in div or panel would not work as expected. This is the limitation in using XHTML. That's why my colleague, Hendrik, suggested to use pixel. FYI, WebGrid contains some div collection as its element.

As you said, you could not change this to your master page because it is being used for another page.
So, I suggested in my previous post, to set the element manually in onload page. You need to do it in javascript and get the container in your master page and set the height in pixel (only for page that contains WebGrid).
Here, I sent you my sample about how to do it.

Handy

Hello Michal,

Can you let me know the step by step to replicate the issue? Try to see my screenshot. I resized the column header. As you can see when hover it, the tooltip shows.

Hi Arun,

As far I know, this is a limitation in XHTML doctype. Even though you were using Master Page, I think you can set the style to the element manually in onload.
