Hello Patrick,

Unfortunately, It could not be done for now from server side. It is only possible via client side. Please try to set it OnAfterInitialize clientside event. Hope this helps.

Hello Nguyen,

If I am not mistaken, there is no method to resize its width.
However, I think you still can use width and height with 100% value.
Please place WebGrid inside a div container.
When you resize the popup, you only need to change the div height/width style.
WebGrid would follow the div because both the width and height are set 100% which would follow the div.
One thing you would need to pay attention, please do not resize the width/height to very small amount because the status bar and footer would hardly show.

Handy

Hello,

Please read our WebGrid documentation about How-to: Add/Remove a menu in WebGrid's context menu. It should be explained in there.

Hello,

Would you mind to let us know more detail about max value? If you only want to get a value or text in a cell of column, you can obtain by using grid.GetSelectedObject().ToRowObject().GetCells().GetNamedItem("userId").Text;

If your id is something like auto increment, I suggest you to sort descending and get the select the first row. The first row should contain the highest value.

Hi yousif,

Would you kindly just show in recording video. It is much easier to understand from that part. Also, please let me know your current browser.

Hi Yousif,

Ok, but I could not replicate the issue as I said before. Here is my attached picture. I set height and width style for div in Main master. Please help me to replicate your issue by sending me the modify sample.

Regards,
Handy

I am sorry, that is incorrect screenshot. This should be the correct one. As I said before, I am unable to see the line codes you told earlier. I only see 1 lines of code, not 2.

Handy

Hi Yousif,

In my experience, sometimes it is also affected by how fast or heavy when loading the page.
The resize animation can be also disturbed because of this.
Also, as you mentioned before, you also used masterpage. I hope that we can have your detail structure include the masterpage to replicate the issue. Because this issue is not easy to replicate.
Btw, after used your workaround, does the issue happen every time?
How about the footer issue in this thread? Does my workaround help you?

Handy

Hello Bruce,

Thank you for your screenshot.
FYI, the toolbox error installation can be caused from Visual Studio itself. So, sometimes this issue does not come from installer. However, you can manually install the toolbox. (Please see our documentation about how to install the toolbox)

About Virtual Directory (IIS) error, it should not be happened if your IIS is active and you are running the installer as administrator privilege. However, you can also setup the commonlibrary as virtual directory manually.

When you got some errors when installing, you can find "send error" button below. Please click and send it to us. If the issue comes from ours installer, we will fix it in the next release.

Regards,
Handy
