As I said before, you need to use edit template. Then modified the generated style. Then bind the style to each button. I attached a sample about how to do it in a button. You will need to add a stylish label in Container and set the opacity.

Sure, you can. As Yudhiy has mentioned, it is correct. It will open your existing .aspx in new webbrowser/tab (IE or moz). However, you could not open .aspx in our ClientUI control such as UXWindow or UXFrame.

Yes, It would be faster to indicate the issue if you can send us the sample. Please also brief us the instruction to replicate the issue.
Do you want to add a text or change it position? As far I know, when you hover the button, it would already show the text. If you want to modify it, you would need to edit our template. Use Microsoft Expression Blend and choose EditCopy for EditTemplate.
To change it position, simply customize the animation in VisualStates. For your information, the Text element name is 'TooltipElement'. You can change the animation or position within the template.

Could you tell me more details about your issue such as a simple sample that replicates this issue? At the past, our WebGrid does not support VirtualPaging in Group mode. But since WebGrid 7, we had this feature. Perhaps, your current WebGrid does not support this feature.
Can you let us know your ClientUI version? I could not replicate your last issue in here. Also your previous issue has been tested in ClientUI7 and it also works fine. I would also need your step by step to replicate the issue.

The header text would show only for the navigation pane item. If you specify the header property for navigation pane item, it would show the header text automatically when you minimize it.
In your current sample, you use UXListBox which is not possible.
