WebGrid 3.1 Not Working With IE8

Hi,

I am sorry but we never test the scenario because when IE8 is release the product is already discontinue. We recommend you to try our latest WebGrid 7 that will work perfectly in IE8.

New Row Delay in Hierachial Grid

Hi Michael,

Our development team has investigate the issue and it appears to be an issue in IE, the code to get the dimension and location coordinate to display the textbox is very slow in complex layout. Since the code is already a direct/native API, there's no way to improve the performance.

Transparent WebPaneManager

Hi George,

We dont have direct property to set the WebPaneManager to be transparent but we can suggest workaround by setting some property to remove the border.

Do you have spesific requirement (e.g only the separator is shown, dont want to have the header, ect)?

Problem with Update Manager and Windows 7

Have you tried to "Run as administrator" when running the update manager? Or try to turn off your UAC before running the Update Manager.
