Hi
We Need help on this issue. We have bought a support package and need to schedule time for someone to work with us. How can we get someone on this case for us?
Eric Hanig
Yea our grids are now broken in Chrome, but the fix only made things worse.
That is not the issue. We use Resources not Common Library.
We are forcing the grid to English US, but this is still occuring when the browser is set to English UK.
Why can you guys build in logic like we do, where it just uses the first part of the culture (en not en-UK).
How do we fix this, this is a major issue for us.
no change, that was our original doc type.
DO you realize that YOU told us to change it to HTML5 just above in your text!?!
why did you tell us to change it if that is not a supported doctype?
hi
we use Doc type html5
If we dont put it in compatiblity mode, your grid breaks.
JavaScript runtime error: Unable to get property 'Tables' of undefined or null reference
This does not occur in IE9, Firefox, or Chrome.
In addition, in compatibility mode, the Webpane shows correctly, but in normal mode it shows totally sized wrong.
i have included the raw source.
We have been trying to get help on this for ages. THere are many issues we are having with Intersoft right now.
1) Your number for the US is wrong on your page.
2) When we dial your US number (the correct one), we get a recording in Indonesian.
3) THere is no tech support during normal US hours.
We have come to realize that this tool set after over 5 years of use is not usable by us anymore. the trouble is that we have hundreds of pages integrated into it, and they all have broken on IE 11.
To clarify even more, this ONLY happens in IE10 and IE11, in compatibilty mode (which we require).
To be more exact, the error occurs in your code at:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'Enabled' of undefined or null reference ISRes.axd, line 7 character 24107
in both IE 10 and IE 11 this occurs. When you click on ISWebDesktop:WebExplorerBarItem you get the following error:
JavaScript runtime error: Unable to get property 'Enabled' of undefined or null reference
Its occuring in
if (v3a492.Enabled)
in your code.
i have an incredibly complex system, with master pages. I am not going to create a "simple" example. this worked fine in your last release, and is broken now.
It works fine in Firefox and Chrome, but doesnt work in IE10 or 11 in compactiblity mode. to say its our fault is wrong.
