Hi Ray,

To deploy your project, you need Runtime license that you got by purchasing our product. If you have purchased our product, you can go to your Developer Network (http://dev2.intersoftpt.com) then you can see the runtime license key in My Component window. Hope this helps.

Hi Sumner,

Sorry for this inconvenience. We have look for the web, but there's 1 .xml file missing on our directory. Thank you for your feedback, we will fix this issue immediately.

Actually for now you can use local website if you want to see that page. In here, I also attach the xml files that missing from our directory. You can put it on C:\Program Files\Intersoft Solutions\Intersoft WebUI Studio 2012 R1\Samples\For ASP.NET\ISNet.WebUI.Samples\cs\. Then to run the local live sample you can run it from Start Menu >> Intersoft WebUI Studio 2012 R1 >> WebUI Studio for ASP.NET >> Live Sample or you can run it from C:\Program Files\Intersoft Solutions\Intersoft WebUI Studio 2012 R1\Samples\For ASP.NET\ISNet.WebUI.Samples.exe

Hi,

I think this issue occurs because of the white-space of the string on your database. HTML will put this as 1 space. For example if you put "Text    Text", HTML will render as "Text Text". and the value will change same as Text. For this, I've made my own sample and it's sorting in correct way. Would you look on my sample and tell me if there's any misconfiguration on my sample?

Hi Eric,

I can replicate your issue in our local end. This issue probably happen because the font-size value is missing after postback.

I've report this issue as Work Item #1232. I'll let you know if I hear any news regarding this work item.

Hi Eric,

Could you explain me more details about your issue? I've tried to put ExplorerBarItem with Chinese language but I think the font size doesn't increase and appear like normal. I put my screenshot here. Is that condition that you want to achieve? Look forward to hear any feedback from you so I can help you further.

Hi Zak,

For this issue, I've tried many way to replicate this issue but unfortunately, it wouldn't be reproduce in our local end. I've tried to replicate it in our live sample but still it appears like normal (the row height is bigger but the column still like normal). I also attach the screenshot of our live sample here.

In WebGrid 8, there is a new property to define the Rendering mode of WebGrid. If you're using XHTML DOCTYPE, you can put XHTML as RenderingMode's property value. This issue probably happen if you're using HTML5 as your RenderingMode and view it in IE7 (IE7 doesn't support HTML5). Could you tell me how to reproduce this issue in our local end and the browser that you used to reproduce this issue?

Look forward to hear any feedback from you so I can help you further.

Bernard

HI John,

This problem happens because CellClickAction changed into CellSelect value. I've been submitted this problem as Work Item #1194 and it has been fixed. But after this problem fixed, another problem occurs. We still waiting for developer to fix this bug as soon as possible. For your information, this error has been fixed in WebGrid 8.0.7200 build 101. Sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your valuable feedback.
