Hi Madhavan,

I tried to replicate your issue about hourglass pointer. Unfortunately, the pointer is changed to busy pointer when hover the WebGrid when it's busy. However, I've fixed my sample. In my sample, I put selectable value to false when webgrid is busy. Could you look for my sample and please tell me if there's anything wrong in my sample?
Hope this helps.

Bernard

Hi kroshkabella,

You can change Shortcut Icon text by changing ShortcutStyle property in WebDesktopManager. By changing its forecolor, you can control text color in active state, over state, and normal state. You can try this in your local and please let me know if this solutions work properly in your local. Hope this helps.

Hi Madhavan,

For this matter, I have made you a simple sample. Actually, we can detect the ready state of WebGrid by using OnAfterResponseProcess on WebGrid. After WebGrid do RefreshAll() function, we can send a parameter so WebTreeView will process the user input to WebGrid. I have attach my sample here. Could you look for my sample and please let me know if this sample doesn't fulfill your requirement? Look forward to hear any feedback so I can help you further.

Bernard

Hi John,

Currently, we still investigate any issue that happen in Firefox 20.0. However, Firefox 20.0 itself has obsolete many functions that might trigger some problem in jQuery and our control. Hi Andrew,

When you EnableWebResources, WebGrid will still get some resources from WebResources. The resources itself hardcoded in our assembly and it only take css or images for icon in WebResources. But there isn't any error that you will facing in WebGrid because this is default behavior from WebGrid. If you found any error that you facing when disable our Web Resources, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Bernard
