Hi Madhavan,

I think the hotfix can be provided from our new installer. Actually, our system will provide any hotfix that haven't been added to our installer but to get the hotfix that included in our installer. You need to install our latest product. Although You could also get this hotfix from the link that you mentioned above. We are really sorry for this inconvenience. Hope this helps.

Hi Madhavan,

After you buy the product, you can download the product in our Website. You can go to www.intersoftpt.com and login with your TDN username and password. Or you could bind your Intersoft ID (Community in your account tab -> Login Info) and add your TDN ID. In License Tab, you download your product and register for its license. Although if you doesn't have this product, you could ask for our trial and and our marketing will send the download link for you. Hope this helps.

Sorry for our late responses. I thought there was regression in our WebGrid that cause that problem in out Custom Editor. We will finish this soon and I will reply you soon.

For the issue in FIlteredColumns, I have try to put an input in each column in WebGrid. Unfortunately, this issue doesn't appear in my local end. I can see filter value for each column. Could you help us to provide a simple sample regarding this scenario? With that sample, I will check where the problem comes from. You also can see how to set Custom Filter in WebGrid in this KB:

Hi John,

I think in this scenario WebGrid should know the column which have custom filter. You can see the sample in this link:

As you can see in that sample, it apply the custom filter on specific row using server side event. If you have any further issue regarding this scenario, please let me know. Hope this helps.

PDF Export is not exporting correctly

Hi Alex,

I tried to replicate your issue here by using our sample with custom css. However, it can be exported normally but not all style will be applied in exported file. This issue happen because the limitation from ActiveReports. Also please notice, if you're using cssClass property in our WebScheduler or override the style with css, it couldn't be exported to pdf file. Could you help us to provide simple sample that can replicate this issue in our local end? Could you try to use our sample then apply your css in that sample and please let me know if this can replicate your issue in your local end. Look forward to hear any feedback from you so I can help you further.

error export to pdf

Hi Alex,

Maybe, you could give permission for each user to enable the export method. With this, only verified user that can export WebScheduler to pdf. Also, you could try to change the file name for each user so it will minimize risk of data leak in your application. Is it possible for your for doing these method?
