URGENT: "wgui is undefined error" with WebGrid 6 on Production Server

Hi Julia,

This issue is finally fixed.  I changed the WebSite Application pool to Classic .NET AppPool in the IIS Manager.  Is it possible to include the following information in the deployment guide, so other users don't spend this much time trying to configure WebGrid on IIS 7.

"Using SmartWebResources in IIS7 requires you to set the WebSite application pool to Classic .NET AppPool in the IIS Manager".

I have the following dlls' in my project bin folder:

WebGrid Export

In your WebGrid Properties, there is a property called "PagingExportMode"..if you set that to "ExportAllData"..you should be able to export the entire grid.
