Problem with ToolBox

Hi Handy,

 

I have other problem with tool box. whenever i close and open my Visual studio webui components will not be there in my Tool box so that i need to install manually .  Is there any solution so that once i install manually it should be permanently in my toolbox.

I am sorry i didnt understand the solution where do i need to copy the below templates...

the problem is i am not able to create the file with this template....
