Desktop loading hangs

Hi,

This does not work for me. when i put the doctype html 5 the desktop screen becomes blank.

Does not come up even in compability mode. I tried removing the BackgroundImage also. 

Please help

Hi,

Please find the attached document.

I have set the height but it drags the footer below the div.

If i set the height in % it shows fine but we need to set the fix height.

If I Set the html 5 doctype and rendering mode it doesn not wokr in ie 10 also. 

I am sending you my settings. But it does not work in the compabilty mode also.

I have updated the 2014 controls. My desktop is Asp.net. 

Please find the attcahed document. I need this FIX ASAP
