Hello,

The 30-days trial will automatically start when you install ClientUI for the first time. If you install ClientUI on 1st March 2011 for example, then the 30-days trial will be activated since that day.

If your trial version has been expired, you may extend the period by sending an email to accounts@intersoftpt.com.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Hello,

No, you are still able to use ClientUI Application. However, you won't be able to download any latest suite release such as R1 and R2 suites.

If you want to renew your subscription, you can send an email to sales@intersoftpt.com.

The price for ClientUI renewal subscription is $599.

Thank you.

Hello David,

You can export the expanded child table using the export context menu provided in the grid.

However, we currently don't have a sample to export child table on the server-side.

I will try to find out how to perform this scenario and give you the update.

Thank you.

Hello,

When you run WebGrid 6 on IE8, try to open the Developer Tools by pressing F12 or open Tools and select Developer Tools.

Once it is opened, set Browser Mode to IE8 and Document Mode to IE8 Standards. See whether this settings work on your end.

If it doesn't work, try to set Browse Mode to IE7 and Document Mode to IE7 Standards.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Hello Michael,

Unfortunately, the behavior happens on my end is different with yours. When I set AllowCustomize to No, it will totally disable the Add or Remove Buttons. You can't even click the arrow to open the context menu. This is the default behavior of WebToolBar when you set AllowCustomize to No.

I have used the same build of WebDesktop as yours. Could you try to set AllowCustomize to No in one of our WebDesktop sample and see how it goes?

Have you upgraded the hotfix build to the latest one using Update Manager?

Thank you.

Hello,

When you set AllowCustomize to No, the "Add or Remove Buttons" will be disabled.

PlaceHolder="PlaceHolderManager1" DockingArea="Top" CommandSize="" ID="WebToolBar1"
AllowCustomize="No" IntegratedTo="None">

Hello Nicolas,

Do you have a simple working sample that replicates this issue?

Please provide them if you have, so that I can try the sample on my end and see how the performance goes.

Thank you.

Hello Nicolas,

The issue has been fixed by the developer team. Could you get the latest hotfix build using Update Manager? The hotfix build version would be 1.0.1000.23.

I have attached the nightly build. You need to apply the hotfix manually.

Thank you.

Hello,

I'm not sure whether this scenario can be implemented or not.

I will discuss this scenario with the developer team for further investigation. I will get back to you when I get the update.

Thank you.
