Hello,
Here is the answer for your questions.
1) I don't need the whole 'CommonLibrary' folder in production, just 'CommonLibrary/WebGrid/v7_0_722/Localization', right?
Yes, you only need the folder that is related with the localization.
2) Would the steps I tookt be enough to settle the localization issue? (That is moving the files, setting those TextSetting properties and adding the web.config key)
Yes, once you set the configuration in web.config, WebGrid will detect and read the location specified in that file.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Hello Andrzej,
The developer team has confirmed that this is an issue from the control. Therefore, the hotfix will be included in the upcoming ClientUI release.
For your information, the docking visual hint on your 2nd issue doesn't occur on my end. In the tutorial, you will notice a callout in the screenshot. That callout is just the information about the docking visual hint. The real docking visual hint is the square thing that appears in the top right corner of the control. See the attached screenshot for better view.
We currently don't have that feature for now. However, we can implement the feature in this R1 release. Therefore, having this feature in UXGridView is possible.
I have tried the sample with DocType set to XHTML, and I did encounter the same issue. I will report this issue to the developer team to be investigated further. So far, I couldn't assume which control causes this issue yet.
I will let you know when I get the update from them.
You can simply delete row by setting AllowDelete to Yes in WebGrid.
When you delete a row, it will automatically remove from the grid and when you print the data, the deleted row will not be shown in the exported output file.
You can use ISDataSource control to perform binding and editing data in your grid.
Attached is the sample file for your reference.
Hello Bill,
When you want to deploy WFP application, you will need to license your .exe file of your project.
You may refer to here on how to deploy WPF application. What error did you get when you deploy the application?
To install the Intersoft Silverlight controls, you can simply run Intersoft ToolBox Utility. Click here for more information on how to run this tool.
Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate the other issue on my end except the docking visual hint on step 2. I have reported this issue to the developer team to be investigated further. I will let you know when I get the update from the team.
I think it's best if you try to re-download the full installer of WebUI Studio 2010 R2, and re-install the product in your PC.
Hello Mike,
You could set UploadPath on Page_Load like following:
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e) { WebFileUploader1.UploadPath = "./Upload"; }
With this setting, you can change the path directory of your uploaded file.
I'm not sure what you mean by theme libraries. But we do have library themes for WebDesktop which is located [Installation Folder]\Intersoft Solutions\WebUI Studio for ASP.NET\WebDesktop.NET 3.0\Layout.
Inside that folder, we have a collection of WebDesktop members along with its themes available.
