Hello Jean,

I have reported these issues to the development team to be investigated further. I couldn't assume this issue as a bug yet, but it will be taken care of by the team as soon as possible.

I will inform you the update when I get any response from the team.

Thank you for your report and have a nice day.

Regards,
Martin

Hello Jean,

Could you provide me with the sample link and error screenshot? Also, it would be helpful if you can provide me with the instructions on how I can replicate the error on my end.

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you and have a nice day.

Regards,

Martin

Hello Soniya,

Attached is the sample of WebGrid integrated with WebCombo that uses Multiple columns. Try to double click on the City column and you'll see the integrated multiple columns combo will be displayed.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

Martin

Dear Juan,

I have personally replied your email through my private account. Please kindly check your inbox.

Regarding the phone line, I will check with our department to ensure there’s no connection error with our line. However, I believe our phone line has been equipped with voicemail. Therefore, you can always leave your message and your contact number via voicemail, and we will follow up your phone after we receive the voicemail.

Thank you.

Martin

Dear Peter,

Sorry for the late reply.

The developer has noticed the error and currently working on the issue, but we have been busy lately because we're going to release R2 products and it is closed to its deadline.

I will note to developer daily regarding your issue. Last time they were not able to replicate the issue, but after deeper testing, they finally got the point.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Martin

Hi Dennis,

Basically, we do not provide any properties for customizing the ribbon bar in Pivor Chart.

However, you are still able to customize the ribbon bar by taking the css file that is used for the ribbon bar. You can explore the css file using Developer Tools in IE or FireBug in Mozilla. Then, modify the class in the css file that is related with the ribbon bar and save back the css file to the project. It can be done but you need to check the css file one by one.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hello there,

I believe the slow script has been fixed if you are using the following DocType:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" >

<html>

However, what kind of error did you get for your WebGrid's formatting? Could you provide a screenshot for better visualization?

Thank you.

Hi there,

I don't think this scenario is possible to be implemented in WebGrid. Each time you refresh the grid, it will automatically invoke InitializeDataSource event. Therefore, when you refresh the grid, it will load and retrieve all data from the datasource in the grid.

Thank you.

Hello Peter,

I've passed this issue to the developer team to be fixed as soon as possible. But, I haven't received any update yet from them.

I will follow up your issue until we can get this issue fixed. Meanwhile, will it be ok if you set autoheight to true temporarily? Since you have 2000 records, means that there will be no blank spaces in the grid since the records will be fulfill the grid.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello Peter,

When I remove autoheight = "true", I get the result attached. Is it the same error like yours?

I have reported this issue to the developer team. Hopefully they will address this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you.
