Hi Jimmy,

After tested your scenario, i think you got a good point there.
I already inform this to engineer and we will update both of our AppFramework (issue #1 under CROS-858) and Samples (issue #2 under CROS-859) also thank you very much for your feedback, thats really valuable! :)

Yep you can use EnsureSignIn() for issue #2 it will be navigate user to Login screen if their Account is null/logged off but please note that after authorization denied, user actually still logged in so you should add logged off function before applying EnsureSignIn()

Did you want to create:

  • Click image, got to other page containing image in original size?

You can check the sample for this scenario in http://git.intersoftpt.com/projects/CROS/repos/samples/browse/MyInventory, Please trycliking one of the item then press the image and choose view larger.

The code is located in ExecuteViewLargeImage Method

Please note that this sample is actually using Form Builder if you want to implement this in non-form builder then you can set the image to imageButton and apply the navigation there

For a moment i don't have sample for Android, here is the sample for iOS http://www.intersoftpt.com/Community/Attachments/14471/ViewSliderSamples.zip, please navigate to Custom View Slider, you can do that like in gallery (pinch for zoom, press twice to original size/double size)

Hi Jimmy,

Yes, actually it was deliberately not implemented with anything, Our engineer reasoning is each company may go through a different process to verify their user. One of the prominent example is Banking, they may go a great length to compare each of their customer credential while Simple Apps can just mark a field in the db, which will cause re-invalidate in the code.

So yeah you need to customize which by i mean customize is overriding the VerifyAsync method.

Maybe in your scenario of re-login you can create new field named RequiredLogin, everytime desktop apps edits the credential the RequiredLogin become true, then in the client code, they can check the value in that Verify method, of course, by calling to server and grab the value.
