Based on the error, it seems the error because the internet connection. When install/uninstall the license, you need to be connected with internet connection. If you use some proxy connection, you need to use your proxy settings. Please contact your network adminstrator regarding connection settings.

Is there an alternative way to activate the product without internet connection? Currently our production does not permit internet access outbound of the internet.

Please note that an internet connection is required to validate your license. If you are behind a proxy, adjust your proxy settings before registering.

Make sure your computer is properly connected to the internet before performing license removal. Failure in doing so will cause your activation records to be locked up and not released properly which may lead to potential license issues in the future.

Internet connection is absolutely necessary during license register or license removal.
