In my IE 8 browser, I'm unable to highlight text in this forum and copy it to my clipboard. This makes it much harder to use - particularly when code snippets are presented.
I can select and copy from other web sites fine. Is there any way we can get this fixed?
The "select" is a known issue in IE8 which we're still investigating. Meanwhile, you can use Safari 4 or Firefox 3.5 to access our forums, and they don't have problem with the 'select and copy'.
FYI, the forum is very much optimized with Safari 4 (there are some nice visual effects that enabled only in Safari 4.
