I have a uxcombobox with the itemsource bound to an observablecollection. This combobox is used for a search screen so I would like the option of allowing a user to clear their selection. How would you do this with the uxcombobox? is there an option to allow a null selection or do i need to clone the collection and add a null item (I use the original collection for other uses so i don't want to add this null item to that).
You could use the ClearValue function to clear SelectedIndex or set the SelectedIndex property to -1 to clear the ComboBox selection. However in the RC build there is still a bug so the displayed text will not be cleared. The fix will be ready when WebUI Studio 2010 is released.
