Using the WPF UXGridview, is there a way to have a simple column total without grouping?
Hello,
Simply set ColumnFooterVisibility="Visible". In your current sample, I think only GroupFooterVisibility is visible, that's why when you ungroupped the column, the footer gone as well.
Regards,Handy
I did manage to figure that out after submitting, however, when I show the footer and then group a column, then remove that grouping, the Column Footer that I want a sum on is moved to the wrong column. Happens every time. I forgot to mention that when I first load the grid, the total does not show up, it only shows up if I sort or do something to make the grid refresh.
I am able to replicate the issue in here. I will report this to our developer and let you know when the fix is ready.
I downloaded the SP1 and it did fix the issue with grouping. However, the footer still does not show up until I sort or cause a refresh if I set a Height and Width on the gridview. If Height and Width are not set, it shows fine. When can I get a fix for this, I am having a hard time meeting deadlines at this rate.
-Also seems that when the datasource is updated and the OnPropertyChanged is called, the gridrow will update but the Footer total doesn't until a sort or refresh.
I am not able to replicate your first issue. At my end, the footer shows fine even though I set width and height for UXGridView. I attached my sample. Please help me to modify my sample so it can show the issue.About the last issue, I can replicate well in here. I have reported this to our developer teams and it would be fixed in our next release build.
Set the QueryOperation to Client and try it.
Hello Jesse,
Have you run my sample? I changed the QueryOperation in my sample and the footer still shows at the first load. Is there anything that I should check?
