I could not replicate your issue in here. Btw, what exactly that you were trying to do? If you want to modify the contextmenu, that's not the way to do. Please refer into this link. It should guide you how to modify our contextmenu.

I want localizing UXGridView textual content (show here at the bottom). Try the following code and see how contextmenu is shown in edit mode (see pic in my first post).

I haven't found a textual content for integrated Pager (Page x of y).

I can replicate your first part issue. I will report this to our developer teams. While waiting, please follow my previous post workaround and try to change its header to the text you wanted to.

For last part, you need to generate template of PagerStyle by using Microsoft Expression Blend.
Choose Edit Additional templates in UXGridView and choose Edit Pager Style.
