I'm using the example C# example AllowMoveEvent.aspx, in this example there are some events that can be moved, if I move one of these events in order to put it in the last cell of the day, the one that goes from 23.30 to 24.00, the event disappear.
Please help.
Thanks in advance,
Vince
I tried to reproduce the problem in my local test by viewing “AllowMoveEvent.aspx” reference sample file of WebScheduler in IE 8 browser. The view of WebScheduler is switched to “Day” view and followed by moving one of the events to the last cell of the day. The original event is Friday, June 25, 2010 08:00 – 08:30, then becomes Friday, June 25, 2010 23:30 – Saturday, June 26, 2010 00:00.
I believe that my effort was not successful to repro the issue on my local test. The event is not disappearing. Could you please confirm whether you are using the latest build version of WebScheduler assembly file?
We are willing to advise you further but in order to do so we would need you to elaborate on your specific scenario and possibly give us a step-by-step guide that we can use to observe the problematic behavior.
Hi Yudi,
I made some more experiment to understand the problem, starting from the C# example AllowMoveEvent.aspx I modified the view settings in this way:
<ViewSettings SelectedDate="03/12/2008 13:00:00" SelectedViewMode="Week" VisibleEndTime="t1700" VisibleStartTime="t0800">
and Height="550px".
Using this configuration I created an event in date 12/03/2010 since 16.00 till 16.30. After that I moved the event to the cell since 17.30 till 18.00 of the same day, then I made a refresh of the WebSCheduler using the drop down menu and the event disappeared.
Could you try to reproduce the problem with this configuration?
Regards,
Thank you for the steps and setting that you provide for us in order to replicae the issue. I have successfully replicate the issue in my environment.
It seems the issue is caused by a bug, a bug report has been submitted to our developer.
