Hi,
I have found this bug in WebScheduler. If an Event has a period between 15/01/2010 and 15/02/2010, If you move this event to 20/01/10 the new start and end date I get on the server side 20/01/2010 and 31/01/2010 respectively. It doesnt calculate the right period based on the original start date and end date. The same happens when you move the event from one resource to another resourse. It works fine if the event doesnt span more than 30 days. WebScheduler development team has managed to fix this issue. I also have tested the pre-release hotfix on my end and found that the issue is no longer persisted.
We’re going to release Intersoft WebUI Studio 2009 R2 SP1 and hotfixes in a week or two. The hotfix file of work item #567 will be included in the release time. Should you need the hotfix in a shorter time (before the release), please let us know. We’ll arrange to send you the pre-release one.

So, I followed your scenario carefully and tested it using ‘TimelineDataEditing.aspx’ reference sample file in WebSchedulerSamples project. Below is the step-by-step that I did during my attempt to repro your issue.

I’ve managed to download the sample you gave me. I also made some test to determine whether this is a bug or something else. The result of the test is that this is confirmed as a bug.
A work item, work item #567, has been submitted to WebScheduler development team regarding this issue. I’ll keep you updated with any news or information I heard from the team regarding this work item.

I cannot upgrade to R2 because of the above issue.
